Cancellation Policy

Brighter Horizons Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable and we do our best to be flexible. To help ensure fairness for all participants and keep our programs sustainable, we have a cancellation policy in place for both individual and group lessons.

 

Session Cancellation
If you need to cancel a scheduled session, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.  Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the lesson cost, which will be added to your next session's fee.

Rescheduling
We will do our best to reschedule any canceled lessons, but due to our limited availability and high demand, we can’t always guarantee an open spot.

This policy helps us cover staffing, operational costs, and the impact of missed appointments. We appreciate your understanding and support!
